Buster's Story

Buster was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma in October 2009. He was 13 yrs old at the time. What started out as a lump on his back leg became the cancer that would take his life. I refused the treatments that were available such as amputation of his leg, chemo and radiation and decided to keep him at home and as comfortable as possible . My one wish was for Buster to make it through one last Christmas with us. He certainly did and the only day he was truly sick was the last day of his life. Two days after Christmas! Please, if you find any type of lump or bump on your pet, be sure to have it checked out. It literally can be a matter of life and death for your beloved pet. RIP Buster! We love you. I
